Series Introduction

Nobody talks about failure the way Jesus did in the upper room. He did not minimize it, spiritualize it, or pretend it was not coming. He looked at Peter and told him plainly — you are going to fail, and it is going to be significant. Then He told him something else. There was life on the other side of it, and there was work to be done when he got there.

That conversation is the foundation of this series. He Knew I Would Fail is not a study about avoiding failure. It is a study about what God does with it. The enemy has a plan designed specifically for your life. Christ is interceding for you about things you are not even aware of yet. Your weaknesses, honestly acknowledged, become the conditions under which God’s power operates most visibly. And the failures you are most ashamed of may be the very things that qualify you to minister to someone else.

Peter’s story is not an exception. It is a pattern. God has always used broken people. He has never required a perfect record. What He requires is availability — and sometimes the most available people are the ones who have already been humbled by their own humanity. If you have ever failed God and wondered whether He was finished with you, this series was written for you.
